Wood and stones that are typical of the mountains prevail on the interior design of our Bistrot.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Our deep connection to the territory leads us every day to make a concrete contribution to the protection of the planet. Indeed, even in our small way, we can do something for the environment. We want to promote a new way of understanding cuisine and hospitality, by offering our customers the possibility to taste a careful green cuisine and experience a nature-friendly hospitality.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n\n<section id=\"row-reverse\" style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"class=\"BlockWrapperContainer NormalBlock BlockWrapperGruppoMedia  NoMarginTop NoMarginBottom NoPaddingBottom NoPaddingTop FullWidth  NoMargin\"><div class=\"BlockSlider\"><div class=\"BlockSlingleSlide\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/castellabistrot.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/sostenibilita-orto.jpg)\"><\/div><\/div>\t\t<div class=\"BlockContent\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"BlockTitolo\">Local and Garden Fresh Ingredients:<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"BlockSottotitolo\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"BlockText TextFont18\"><p>Our raw material suppliers are mainly from the local area. In addition to virtuous practices to limit environmental impact, we also promote another form of sustainability: that towards our territory and the people who carry on the local tradition.
